Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Original artworks are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
- If denied, we will notify you of the reason.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
- For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
