Can I buy online and pick up the order somewhere?

Yes, at our physical store (the KIOSK). We also do pickups at BLACK SHEEP, but in that case you need to schedule the pick up with ITSFFFRESH. The pick up will be available from 24h (working days) after the purchase online. Please note that you'll need to present the nº of order. ITSFFFRESH staff will contact you to schedule the pickup.

Can I buy directly with the Black Sheep staff?

Yes, you can purchase every art on the wall at BLACK SHEEP. But please note that not everything online is available at the bar.

Can I pick the art somewhere else in Lisbon?

No, we don't deliver in other locations besides BLACK SHEEP or ITSFFFRESH (KIOSK). Or you can pay for a shipping fee and we will send your work to your place wherever it is! We don't deliver at your hotel.

I bought an art at the bar but I can't take it home on the same day.

We can keep the order maximum 48H. After that we will cancel your order. We recommend you to pay a shipping fee to receive it at home.

Can I pick up an order at BLACK SHEEP when the bar is not open?

No, the pick up is only available when the bar is open.

Can I get reimbursed or exchange an artwork?

It depends. If you purchased an original artwork, you can't be refunded nor exchange the artwork. If you purchased a print, you have 30 days from the moment of the payment to contact us in order to get reimbursed or to exchange the print.
