IT'S FFFRESH
IT'S FFFRESH was born from a phrase we heard for years.
Whenever a collector or visitor discovered a work that surprised them, they would naturally say:
"It's fresh."
This spontaneous reaction from the public eventually became the project's name.
At the same time, IT'S FFFRESH carries another meaning: It's Few Figure Fresh — a reference to editions produced in small quantities, where each publication maintains its authorial and collectible character.
Today, this expression continues to define who we are.
Because we believe it is the public who brings life to the works and who sets the rhythm of our publishing house.
We are a kiosk, a publisher, and a pop-up gallery.
Publisher
We publish artists.
Just as a publisher publishes writers or a record label releases musicians, IT'S FFFRESH publishes visual artists.
We select artists through our curation, follow the development of their projects, invest in production, fund printing, and launch collections under the IT'S FFFRESH imprint.
Some publications become limited editions, signed and numbered.
Others may exist as open editions or in different color variants, always developed in collaboration with the artist.
Publishing isn't just about printing.
It's about accompanying a creative process, investing in production, and building a collection that makes sense for the artist and for those who will live with it.
After publication, the artist receives royalties on each work sold.
Just as with writers and musicians, the continuity of the partnership depends on having an audience that wants to follow their work.
Every purchase helps fund new publications and allows the publisher to continue investing in independent artists.
Kiosk
Our kiosk is a space for discovery.
In addition to publications edited by IT'S FFFRESH, we bring together books, zines, prints, editorial objects, and works by artists, illustrators, and publishers we admire.
Not everything you find at the kiosk was published by us.
But everything has been carefully selected by our curation.
Pop-up Gallery
Our pop-up gallery takes this universe into physical space.
We present IT'S FFFRESH publications alongside works, editions, and projects by other artists and publishers that are part of our research and curation.
More than an exhibition, it is a space for encounter, discovery, and dialogue between different practices of printed art.
The IT'S FFFRESH imprint
Not all the works we show are published by us.
But all the works available on this website belong to the IT'S FFFRESH editorial catalog.
Each one has gone through a process of curation, development, production, and publication.
When you see the IT'S FFFRESH imprint, you know you are looking at a work published by our publishing house.
Why every purchase matters
We believe artists should dedicate their time to creating.
That's why we take on what they usually do alone: production, printing, launch, and distribution.
We work with specialized partners in risography and screen printing to produce each edition with the care it deserves.
After that, the story is no longer ours.
It becomes the public's.
It is the people who choose to live with these works that make it possible to continue a collection, develop new projects, and publish new artists.
In the end, IT'S FFFRESH exists for one simple reason.
The same phrase that gave it its origin continues to define our future.
