The Technique

Please note that riso printing implies organic textures which makes every print unique. 

The Artist

Cara Trancada is the artistic alias of Carolina Lourenço, a Lisbon-based illustrator, tattoo artist, and graphic designer. Her work delves into themes of eroticism, identity, and vulnerability, often employing irony and humor to challenge societal taboos. Drawing inspiration from nature, daily life, and classical representations of the female form, her art aims to empower and celebrate sexuality.
